Bike sales and rentals
Due to the worldwide bike shortage, our inventory of new bikes is very limited, especially with bikes below the $1,000-$1,500 price range. We do receive new shipments every week, so please come into the store and pre-order yours!
Due to Coronavirus safety precautions, bike rental services are temporarily on hold.
Masks are required of all customers.
You may have a wait when visiting our stores, especially at peak times of day.
A limited number of customers is allowed in the store at one time.
There is limited browsing, particularly when there are customers waiting to shop. Please plan your purchases in advance.
Clothing, helmets, gloves and other accessories that contact the body cannot be tried for size.
Calling the Store
Our call volume has been much higher than usual, but we are working hard to answer phone calls. Each store has staff dedicated to only answering calls, but we may be unable to answer when you call. If you cannot connect with a Helen's Cycles employee, please call back again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
At this time, we cannot accept returns.
Due to social distancing measures and mask requirements, all Helen's Cycles group rides are cancelled during the coronavirus pandemic.
