City of Santa Monica E-Bike Voucher Program
The City of Santa Monica is working to increase equity in access to sustainable mobility options for residents. The e-bike voucher program will be providing approximately 90 qualified Santa Monica residents with a voucher to use toward purchasing an e-bike and safety accessories, worth up to $2,000. Helen's Cycles is here to assist eligible participants.
