  • Due to the time required for hydraulic brakes and the complexity of unpacking some bikes, additional charges may be added.

Warranty Repair/Replacement

Most bike brands, parts and accessories sold at Helen's Cycles include a warranty. We will gladly assess the condition of your bike or part and repair or replace items within warranty, at no charge.

For warranty repair or replacement for bikes, parts and accessories purchased elsewhere , Helen's Cycles charges $60, plus labor for parts installation, if applicable. Temporary charges for replacement parts taken from Helen's Cycles inventory may be added.

Electric Bike Service

We are manufacturer-certified on Bosch and Shimano electric pedal-assist motors. Due to the wide range of manufacturers, parts and standards for electric bike brands, Helen's Cycles and I.Martin Bicycles are unable to service electric bikes made by brands we do not sell, or which do not feature motors made by Bosch or Shimano. Helen's Cycles and I.Martin Bicycles reserve the right to deny service for some brands of e-bikes.
