Due to rising costs of shipping and handling, please be advised that we have adjusted our prices to absorb said costs, accordingly.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD and HELEN'S CYCLES GIFT CARDS.
Bank regulations require that you enter the billing address associated with your credit card. The billing address must be in the USA.

Shipping Rates and Taxes
- Shipment must be to address in the continental U.S. only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- For air/express shipment, including to AK and HI, select "Express shipping" and we will contact you with rates
- Oversized or heavy items such as bikes, trainers and car racks are not included.
- Offer is limited to stock on hand

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
California sales tax (10.25% for Santa Monica) is automatically added to orders shipped within California and orders picked up at Helen's Cycles.
New Bike Purchases
Helen's Cycles offers free basic adjustments on bicycles for the first year after purchase, to keep your bike in tune and running smoothly.
We also offer free flat repair (labor and tubes) for the first 90 days after purchase from Helen's Cycles locations and I. Martin.
Please note the following:
- Free adjustment service includes derailleur and brake adjustments, wheel truing, tire inflation, and chain lubrication.
- Free adjustment service does not include installation of new or replacement parts; or hub, bottom bracket, headset, and other bearing overhauls or replacements.
- Free service offer does not apply to stationary bikes, disc brakes or shock overhaul.
- Cleaning is not included in the free services.
- Diagnostics and repair of creaks and squeaks are not included.

When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. We will contact you to confirm items that are backordered and will tell you when they will be available for shipment.
No refunds on bicycles and frames. Bike exchanges only within 7 days.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days. No returns on closeout items.

We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used or not in its original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable.
