COVID-19 Store Policies and Procedures
We are very glad to be putting the Coronavirus, and all of the necessary restrictions, behind us! We are ready and eager to serve you, and please note our policies below.
Store Hours
Helen's Cycles Santa Monica: Open 11AM to 6PM, Tuesday through Friday. 10AM to 6PM Saturday. 11AM to 5PM Sunday. Closed Monday.
I. Martin Bicycles and Helen's Cycles Manhattan Beach: Open 11AM to 6PM, Wednesday through Friday. 10AM to 6PM Saturday. 11AM to 5PM Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
All stores are closed for lunch from 1:30PM to 2:00PM.
Service
The Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and I. Martin service departments are available to serve you.
Bike sales and rentals
Due to the worldwide bike shortage, our inventory of new bikes is very limited, especially with bikes below the $1,000-$1,500 price range. We do receive new shipments every week, so please come into the store and pre-order yours!
Due to Coronavirus safety precautions, bike rental services are temporarily on hold.
In-store Shopping
All customers are welcome to wear masks.
Per LA County public health rules, unvaccinated people are required to wear masks.
You may have a wait when visiting our stores, especially at peak times of day.
In order to maintain distance with masked and unmasked customers, a limited number of customers is allowed in the store at one time.
Calling the Store
Our call volume has been much higher than usual, but we are working hard to answer phone calls. Each store has staff dedicated to only answering calls, but we may be unable to answer when you call. If you cannot connect with a Helen's Cycles employee, please call back again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns
At this time, we cannot accept returns.
