Get in shape, get to work faster, hang with the pack and enter some races—do it all on Cannondale's CAAD10 5. Its expertly crafted Cannondale CAAD10 aluminum frame is impressively light, stiff in all the right places and amazingly efficient, meaning all your pedal power goes into forward momentum. For even more speed, the frame is paired with a carbon tapered fork that cancels out road chatter and steers with the utmost precision. You also get zippy Shimano wheels and their quality 105 20-speed drivetrain with an FSA compact crankset for easier climbing. And, this stellar roadster features sweet parts like grippy Schwalbe tires, a comfy Prologo seat and Tektro brakes just in case you ever want to slow down.
This frame’s head tube is 1 1/4 inches in diameter at the bottom and 1 1/8 inches at the top. This maximizes front-end stiffness for awesome steering precision and control, while allowing the use of standard 1 1/8-inch stems and not adding much weight.

Just finished the 2012 Ride to Conquer Cancer on this bike and couldn't be any more happy with it. Bike comfort was excellent during the 250KMs ride. No problems in heavy rains and high winds on the first day riding through the [...] as the bike was reliable and predictable even though mother nature hammered us.

- Derail on rapid shifting
An awesome buy for such a well built, all around use bike. I charge hills in the Presidio with relative ease, race down the PCH, and then find myself cruising across GG Park. Components are great although sometimes cause derail in rapid shifting. In sum, a bike you can really crank on and feel the power.
