Details
CycleOps’ SuperMagneto Pro Trainer offers smooth road-feel and four magnetic settings for dialing in the exact real-world simulation your workout calls for. The easy setting is ideal for warm ups and easy days. The road mode is tailored for high-volume rides. You can throw down with the interval setting, while the mountain mode lets you crank out intense hill workouts. Each setting has progressive resistance, where just like riding outside, resistance builds the faster the wheel spins. Plus, the frame is tough, sturdy and stable so you can ride as hard as you want.

I bought one of these last year. I use this to train during the evening after work 2-3 hours a day. This helped wonders over the winter season and during extreme summer days so far. This has helped in so much improvement of performance.

Comments:
I can't say enough about his trainer. The adjustable hub makes it great for all training types and it is super quiet. If you have the extra cash and want to take your training to the next level, this is the trainer for you. The quick release is fast and simple as well. I use this trainer 5-7 days per week, and ride about 45-60 minutes per ride. Remember.....there is no "off season"!
